Refund policy

We hope you'll love your purchase from Luda Collective, but if something isn't right, we've made returning items as straightforward as possible.

You may return any item within 14 days of receiving your order, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it arrived. We only accept returns for items that are in their original, unused condition. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that we deem to be in an unsellable state.


How to Return an Item:

  1. Contact us via the Contact Form on our website or by emailing us at info@ludacollective.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll guide you through the process from there.

  2. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

  3. Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions, including return labels, if necessary.


Refund Process:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status and process your refund. Please allow up to 7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account.

  • Personalized or custom items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately, and we'll arrange for a replacement or full refund after reviewing the issue.


Loss and Damages:

We take every precaution to securely wrap your items, ensuring they arrive safely. If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, or if there are any issues with delivery, please reach out to us at info@ludacollective.com.

If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, or if your order cannot be delivered within the specified time, we will contact you to make alternative arrangements.
